Working Principle Of Cip Return Pump

Many pumps with mechanical seals always have the problem of mechanical seal leakage. The main reason is that the mechanical seal is easy to age. However, the self-priming sewage pump replaces the dynamic seal with a static seal, so that the pump's flow parts are in a completely sealed state, solving the problems of running, bubbling, dripping and leaking that other pump mechanical seals cannot avoid. The pump body and flow parts of the CIP reflux pump are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It has the functions of the CQ magnetic drive pump and integrates self-priming. It only needs to be filled with liquid before the first use of the pump. There is no need to fill the liquid for the second and subsequent uses, and the machine can be turned on directly.

The flow parts of the CIP reflux pump are made of stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), which is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, national defense and other departments. It is an ideal equipment for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic and precious liquids, and is the best choice for creating a leak-free, pollution-free and civilized workshop. Applicable temperature: -20℃~100℃

CIP Return Pump Operation principle:
The CIP return pump adopts an advanced external mixing axial return pump body structure design. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a reflux hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber and other parts. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller to form a gas-liquid mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the flow rate decreases, the gas and water are separated, and the air is discharged from the pump outlet. The liquid returns to the pump cavity through the reflux hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipeline is gradually emptied, so that a certain vacuum is formed in the pump cavity. The liquid in the low-level tank flows to the pump inlet under the action of atmospheric pressure to achieve the effect of self-priming. This series of self-priming processes is automatically completed within 1 to 3 minutes after the pump is started, without manual intervention. When the liquid fills the pump inlet pipeline and the pump cavity, the pump group automatically enters normal operation. The driving device of the magnetic self-priming pump adopts an active magnet coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft, and indirectly drives the impeller on the rotor assembly to rotate through magnetic coupling. The pump cavity is completely closed and completely leak-free.
