Working principle of self-priming sewage pump: There is a liquid storage chamber in the pump body, which is connected to the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial reflux external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid has been stored in the pump cavity. When the pump starts, the liquid in the pump is discharged upward with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, so that a certain vacuum is formed in the pump to achieve the effect of self-priming.

Features of self-priming sewage pump

1. Strong flow capacity: The special impeller anti-blocking design ensures that the pump is efficient and non-blocking;

Preparation and inspection work before starting the self-priming pump:

1. Check whether the fasteners of the connection parts such as the pump base, coupling, bearing seat are loose? If loose, tighten them.

2. Is there any phenomenon such as card or abnormal sound when turning the coupling by hand?

3. Open the water filling valve above the pump. Add no less than two-thirds of the storage water volume of the pump body and close the valve. No need to add water to start the machine in the future
4. Connect the power supply and try to rotate it. From the motor end, it should rotate clockwise. (Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited)
5. Start the machine and observe whether the pump is running normally? If there is any abnormal phenomenon, find out the cause and eliminate it.
