Installation Instructions
1. The weight of the pipeline should not be borne on the Single Screw Pump during installation, otherwise it is easy to damage the GDL vertical centrifugal pump;
2. The motor of the multistage centrifugal pump is an integral structure and has been calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, so there is no need to adjust it during installation, so it is very convenient to install;
3. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are hard objects in the flow channel of the GDL multistage pump that affect the operation of the water pump (such as stones, iron sand, etc.) to avoid damage to the flow components during the operation of the water pump;
4. The anchor bolts must be tightened during installation, and the pump should be checked at intervals to prevent it from loosening, so as to avoid severe vibration when the water pump starts and affect the performance;
5. For the convenience of maintenance and safe use, on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump Install a regulating valve and a pressure gauge near the pump inlet and outlet. For high lift, in order to prevent water hammer, a check valve should be installed in front of the outlet gate valve to cope with sudden power failure and other power loss accidents, so as to ensure that the water pump operates under the best working conditions and increase the service life of the water pump;
6. Multistage centrifugal pumps used in suction applications should be equipped with a bottom valve, and the inlet pipeline should not have too many bends, and there should be no water leakage or air leakage to avoid affecting the suction performance of the water pump;
7. In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow channel to affect performance, a filter should be installed in front of the pump inlet;
8. Turn the rotor components of the water pump before installing the pipeline. There should be no friction or jamming. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
