CIP Return Pump structure
1. CIP reflux pump is a horizontal rotary pump, mainly composed of pump body, gear, bearing seat, safety valve, bearing and sealing device.
2. Pump body, bearing seat and other parts are gray cast iron parts, gears are made of high-quality carbon steel, and can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to special needs of users
3. There is a stuffing box on the bearing seat, which plays an axial sealing role. CIP reflux pump adopts mechanical sealing device, and the bearing adopts single-row radial ball bearing. CIP reflux pump is composed of three oil-resistant rubber rings and a retaining ring of the middle liner. The degree of sealing is adjusted by adjusting the two nuts on the clamping cover. The bearing adopts copper-based powder oil-containing bearing. In addition, CIP reflux pumps can use packing seals with flexible graphite with good elasticity, high and low temperature resistance, stable chemical properties and self-lubricating properties as fillers.
4. The CIP reflux pump is equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or discharge pipeline fails or the discharge valve is mistakenly closed completely, resulting in high pressure and high pressure impact, the safety valve will automatically open to discharge part or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the low-pressure chamber, thereby providing safety protection for the pump and pipeline.
5. It is directly connected to the drive motor with an elastic coupling and installed on a common cast iron chassis.

The CIP reflux pump is suitable for conveying various fuels such as heavy oil, diesel, etc. with a spray viscosity of 5-1000cst and a temperature below 100℃. The CIP reflux pump is mainly used for spraying fuel in front of various fuel boilers, furnaces, etc.
