Structural Characteristics Of Cip Reflux Pump And Sealing Performance Of Cip Reflux Pump
CIP Return Pump is an ideal hot oil circulation pump or heat carrier delivery pump, and is an ideal matching pump for heat exchange equipment. The magnetic drive leak-free CIP return pump improves the sealing process on the basis of the original pump and adopts a leak-free high-temperature magnetic seal to make the CIP return pump leak-free for life. The motor shaft and the CIP return pump shaft have no contact and friction, so the CIP return pump is much quieter, more stable, and has a longer service life than ordinary CIP return pumps during operation, eliminating the previous CIP return pump running, bubbling, dripping, and leaking. The same operating temperature can reach 450℃
(1) The CIP return pump is a second-generation product developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign oil pumps. The basic structure is a single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The pump inlet is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward with the center. It is installed on the base with the motor.
(2) The packing seal and mechanical seal are combined. The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing and has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure the sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
(4) The support of the CIP reflux pump adopts a double-end ball bearing support structure. The front end is lubricated with lubricating oil and the rear end is lubricated with grease. There is an oil guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.
(5) Xingtong uses the third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene as lip seal, which has a leap in sealing performance. The reliability is 25 times higher than that of rubber seals, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong.
CIP reflux pump sealing features:
The packing seal and mechanical seal are combined. The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing and has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure the sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
The use of imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as lip seal has greatly improved the sealing performance, which is 25 times more reliable than rubber seals and has extremely strong corrosion resistance.
