Some Tips For Maintaining Solid-liquid Mixing Pumps

Solid-Liquid Mixing Pump is a commonly used industrial water pump. Because it is corrosion-resistant, it is a frequent visitor in many chemical plants.

In daily use, if you pay attention to some tips, it will play a big role in maintenance, reduce many unnecessary errors, and extend the service life of the pump itself to reduce the budget for purchasing a new pump.

Here are some tips for daily use for reference only.

1. Before starting, the pump should be filled with the liquid to be transported (if the pump is sucked up), the outlet gate should be closed, and the power supply should be connected.

2. Turn on the power, check whether the pump is turning correctly, and listen for running noise.

3. After several units have been tested for 5-10 minutes, if there is no abnormality, the visitor will be put into operation.

4. When shutting down, the gate valve at the outlet should be closed first, and then the power supply should be cut off.
