Reasons Why The Cip Return Pump Does Not Work Or Operates Very Slowly
CIP Return Pump can not only pump flowing liquids, but also transport some media that are not easy to flow. The main feature of CIP return pump is that it does not need to be filled with water, can not only pump flowing liquids, but also transport some media that are easy to flow. It has high suction range and adjustable head (0-50 meters). The air source pressure only needs to be greater than 1kg/cm2 to work. It is absolutely fireproof and explosion-proof. Performance characteristics of CIP return pump:
1. No need to fill with water, suction range up to 5 meters, head up to 70 meters, outlet pressure ≧7bar;
2. Spacious flow, good passing performance, and the maximum particle diameter allowed to pass is up to 10 mm. When pumping mud and impurities, there is little wear on the pump;
3. The lift and flow rate can be adjusted steplessly through the opening of the gas valve (the gas pressure is adjusted between 1-7bar);
4. The CIP reflux pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seals, and the pumped medium is completely separated from the moving parts of the pump and the workpiece medium by the diaphragm, and the transported medium will not leak out. Therefore, when pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety;
5. No electricity is required, and it is safe and reliable to use in flammable and explosive places;
6. It can work immersed in the medium;
7. The CIP reflux pump is easy to use, reliable in operation, and only needs to open and close the gas valve to start and stop. Even if the pump is operated for a long time without medium or suddenly stopped due to unexpected circumstances, it will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically shut down and has self-protection performance. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically start and run again;

The CIP return pump does not move or runs very slowly:
1. Check whether the filter screen or air filter device at the air inlet end of the CIP return pump has impurities.
2. Check whether the air valve of the CIP return pump is stuck, and clean the air valve with cleaning fluid.
3. Check whether the air valve of the CIP return pump is worn, and replace new parts if necessary.
4. Check the condition of the sealing parts of the center body of the CIP return pump. If they are severely worn, the sealing effect cannot be achieved, and the air will be discharged from the air outlet. Due to its special structure, please only use GLYD rings.
5. Check whether the piston movement in the CIP return pump air valve is normal.
6. Check the type of lubricating oil of the CIP return pump. If the added lubricating oil has a viscosity higher than the recommended oil, the piston may get stuck or operate abnormally. It is recommended to use a light and antifreeze lubricating oil. (ISO grade 15/5WT antifreeze oil)
