Precautions For Using Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps
1. Sanitary Centrifugal Pump It is strictly forbidden to run the pump without liquid in the pump cavity. The liquid must be injected into the pump body from the pump inlet before starting the sanitary centrifugal pump to avoid idling and wearing the stator of the sanitary centrifugal pump.
2. Before starting the sanitary centrifugal pump, the direction of operation of the sanitary centrifugal pump must be determined first, and the sanitary centrifugal pump cannot be reversed.
3. The newly installed sanitary centrifugal pump or the sanitary centrifugal pump that has been stopped for a long time for several days cannot be started immediately. The pump body should also be injected with an appropriate amount of lubricant or the liquid delivered by the sanitary centrifugal pump, and then the sanitary centrifugal pump can be started after a few turns with a pipe clamp.
4. After the sanitary centrifugal pump delivers high-viscosity liquid or corrosive media, the pump cavity of the sanitary centrifugal pump should be rinsed with clean water or solvent to prevent blockage and avoid difficulties in starting the sanitary centrifugal pump next time and damage the stator.
5. When the sanitary centrifugal pump is used in winter, the temperature is low and the pump volume liquid should be removed when it is not in use to prevent the pump body from freezing or ice in the pump, which will damage the stator when it is started next time.
6. During use, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing box regularly. If seepage is found at the shaft end, the oil seal should be promptly handled or replaced.
7. If an abnormal situation occurs during operation, the pump should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate the fault.
