CIP Return Pump is a type of single-suction single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump, which is a vertical structure. Because its inlet and outlet are on the same straight line and the inlet and outlet diameters are the same, it resembles a section of pipeline and can be installed at any position of the pipeline, so it is named CIP reflux pump. Structural features: It is a single-suction single-stage centrifugal pump, with the same inlet and outlet and on the same straight line, perpendicular to the center line of the shaft, and a vertical pump.

1. During the operation of the CIP reflux pump, the bearing temperature cannot exceed the ambient temperature by 3°C, and the high temperature cannot exceed 80°C.

2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body of the CIP reflux pump, and observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.

3. Unscrew the water inlet screw plug of the CIP reflux pump body and pour water (or slurry).

4. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the CIP reflux pump outlet pipeline.

5. Inching the CIP reflux pump motor to see if the motor direction is correct.

6. Start the CIP return pump motor. When the CIP return pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After the appropriate pressure is displayed, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.

7. Try to control the flow and lift of the CIP return pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the CIP return pump operates at the highest efficiency point to achieve the maximum energy saving effect.

8. If the CIP return pump has an abnormal sound, stop it immediately to check the cause.

9. When the CIP return pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.

10. Check whether the CIP return pump, pipeline and joints are loose. Turn the CIP return pump by hand to see if the CIP return pump is flexible.

11. Regularly check the wear of the CIP return pump sleeve. If the wear is large, it should be replaced in time.

12. When the CIP reflux pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the drain screw at the bottom of the pump body needs to be unscrewed to drain the medium to prevent freezing and cracking.

13. If the CIP reflux pump is out of use for a long time, the CIP reflux pump needs to be completely disassembled, the water needs to be wiped off, the rotating parts and joints need to be greased and installed properly.
