1. Check whether the components of the CIP return pump are damaged during transportation.
2. Open the water filling valve above the CIP return pump, add liquid water that is not less than two-thirds of the pump body volume, and close the valve. No more water is needed when starting the machine in the future.
3. Turn the CIP return pump coupling by hand to see if there is any stuck or abnormal sound.
4. Check whether the foundation of the CIP return pump is level before installation.
