2. During installation, the weight of the suction pipe and the discharge pipe should not be added to the water pump. The CIP return pump body itself is not allowed to bear the compliance of the pipe to avoid deformation of the pump body.
3. The installation height of the suction port shall not exceed 0.5-5 meters. When conditions permit, the installation height of the suction port should be as close as possible to the lowest water level of the pool, and the length of the suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible, with fewer elbows, which is conducive to shortening the self-priming time and improving the self-priming function.
4. Valves, flanges, etc. in the suction pipeline should be strictly prevented from leaking or leaking liquid, that is, no leakage is allowed in the suction pipeline.
5. In order to keep a certain amount of storage liquid in the CIP reflux pump body to achieve better self-priming ability and prevent dry friction of the mechanical seal, the pump inlet must be higher than the center line of the pump shaft.
6. For easy maintenance and safe use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet pipeline of the pump and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure operation within the rated head and flow range, ensure the normal operation of the pump, and increase the service life of the pump.
7. When installing the CIP reflux pump, the electrostatic grounding resistance of the pump and pipeline should meet the specified requirements.

1. The operating environment temperature of the pipeline sewage pump is ≤40℃, humidity is ≤95%; altitude is ≤1000
2. The medium temperature does not exceed 60℃, and the medium density is 1~1.3kg/dm3.
3. The use range of cast iron material is PH5~9.
4. Stainless steel material can use general corrosive media.
