Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is a domestic hydraulic model selected by scientific and technological personnel and domestic water pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps and is cleverly combined and designed and manufactured on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, according to the different use temperatures and media, hot water pipeline pumps, high-temperature pipeline pumps, corrosive chemical pumps, oil pumps and other series of products are derived on the basis of sanitary centrifugal pumps. The sanitary centrifugal pump has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.

Main features of sanitary centrifugal pumps:

1. The vertical pipeline centrifugal pump has a compact structure, small size and beautiful appearance. Its structure determines that the installation area is small. If a protective cover is added, it can be placed outdoors for use.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft to ensure the concentricity of the pump, thereby enhancing the running stability of the pump and extending the service life of the pump.

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, and adopts high-quality carbide sealing rings to enhance the wear resistance of the seal, which can effectively extend the service life of the pump.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system. The pump inlet and outlet are of the same caliber, which simplifies the connection of the pipeline.
5. Sanitary centrifugal pumps can be operated in series or in parallel according to the needs of flow and head.
6. The suction port and the discharge port can be installed in the same direction or in several different directions of 90°, 180°, and 270° according to the needs to meet different connection occasions.
7. The pump head can be increased or decreased according to the needs and combined with the outer diameter of the impeller to meet the needs without changing the installation area, which is not available in other pumps.

Sanitary centrifugal pump installation instructions:
1. Before installing the pipeline centrifugal pump, check whether the unit fasteners are loose and whether the pump body flow channel is blocked by foreign matter to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body during the operation of the water pump.
2. When installing the sanitary centrifugal pump, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump to avoid deformation of the pump.
3. The anchor bolts must be tightened when installing the pipeline centrifugal pump to avoid the influence of vibration on the pump performance during startup.
4. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of pipeline centrifugal pumps, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that it operates within the rated head and flow range, ensure the normal operation of the pump, and increase the service life of the water pump.
5. After the pipeline centrifugal pump is installed, the pump shaft should be moved, and there should be no friction or jamming of the impeller. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
6. Sanitary centrifugal pumps are divided into two types: hard connection installation and soft connection installation (see connection method).

Sanitary centrifugal pumps are used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. The medium temperature does not exceed 80℃. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathrooms, etc., cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching.
