1. First, inject clean water for about 10 minutes, then pump it for about 5 minutes, and make sure that all the water in the pipe is drained before starting to disassemble it to reduce the risk.
2. Turn off the power of the CIP return pump and remove all valves. When disassembling, be careful of residual chemicals and water to avoid causing harm or splashing on related equipment such as power supplies.
3. Rinse the valve and parts inside the valve with clean water.
4. Check whether the parts are damaged, deformed, cracked, etc., and replace them if necessary.
5. Reinstall all valves as they were.
6. Inject clean water for 5 minutes for testing. If there is crystallization, use a crystal diluent for about 10 minutes, and then switch to clean water for about 5 minutes.
