Emulsification Pump Structural Characteristics And Sealing Performance
Emulsification Pump is developed by absorbing the characteristics of various advanced emulsification pumps at home and abroad. The emulsification pump has the characteristics of reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, long-term stable operation without leakage in hot state, safe and reliable without additional cooling system, etc. The emulsification pump is an ideal heat carrier medium circulation pump with an operating temperature of ≤370℃.
(1) The emulsification pump is a second-generation product developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign emulsification pumps. The basic structure is a single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The pump inlet is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward with the center. It is installed on the base with the motor.
(2) The support of the emulsification pump adopts a double-end ball bearing support structure. The front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, and the rear end is lubricated with grease. There is an oil guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.
(3) The self-heating heat dissipation structure is adopted, which changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, saving operating costs, good performance and reliable use.
(4) The emulsification pump adopts a combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing with good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure the sealing performance under high temperature conditions. (5) The third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene is used as the lip seal, which makes the sealing performance leap forward, and the reliability is 25 times higher than that of rubber seals, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong.
