Design Specifications And Standards For Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pumps
Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump consists of three parts: pump, magnetic transmission and motor. The key component, magnetic transmission, consists of outer magnetic rotor, inner magnetic rotor and non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic materials, drive the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, realize contactless transmission of power, and convert dynamic seal into static seal. Since the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor are completely enclosed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, bubbling, dripping and leaking" is completely solved, eliminating the safety hazard of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the petroleum refining and chemical industry.
The sanitary rotary cam pump is a branch of the water pump field. The sanitary rotary cam pump is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnetic coupling to centrifugal pumps. Sanitary rotary cam pumps are mainly used in computer water cooling systems, solar fountains, desktop fountains, handicrafts, coffee machines, water dispensers, soilless cultivation, tooth washers, water heater pressurization, hot water circulation, swimming pool water circulation filtration, foot washing surfing massage basins, surfing massage bathtubs, automobile cooling circulation systems, refuelers, humidifiers, air conditioners, medical equipment, cooling systems, bathroom products, etc.
