1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be placed outdoors for use.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, low vibration and low noise.

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The CIP reflux pump is easy to install and repair. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system. All the rotor components can be pulled out by removing the pump union seat nut.
5. The pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the use requirements, that is, the flow rate and head requirements.
6. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.

Working conditions of CIP reflux pump:
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that the flow part and the connection part of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative temperature <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
