1. Impeller stuck
There are many reasons why the multi-stage centrifugal circulating water pump does not circulate. For example, if the impeller of the water pump is stuck, the water pump will not work properly. There are a lot of scale or other debris in the medium transported by the water pump. These things may get stuck on the impeller of the circulating pump and cause the multi-stage centrifugal circulating water pump to get stuck.

2. Motor damage problem
If the motor fails, the multi-stage centrifugal circulating water pump loses power and the water pump cannot operate normally. The cause of the motor failure is generally due to motor aging or working in an environment that causes the motor to burn out.

4. No medium or small flow of conveying medium
If the conveying medium of the multi-stage centrifugal circulating water pump is small or there is no hot water flow, the main shaft and stable bearing of the water pump will be dry-grinded, and the bearing will be burned. The circulating water pump provides lubrication and cooling to the bearing by the medium. If there is not enough medium liquid to cool the bearing, the sliding bearing of the water pump will be easily damaged.

5. Damage to the isolation sleeve
The coupling of the multi-stage centrifugal circulating water pump is cooled by the medium conveyed by the water pump. If the conveyed medium has a large amount of particles and is relatively hard, the isolation sleeve of the water pump will be easily scratched or punctured, but sometimes it may also be damaged by improper maintenance methods.
