A Brief Discussion On The Classification Of Corrosion-resistant Chemical Pumps And Related Knowledge
Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is suitable for pumping, circulation, and discharge of all chemical liquids and sewage containing acid and alkali corrosive components. It is widely used in electroplating, electronics, chemicals, leather, dyeing and finishing wastewater, waste gas and other industries. The corrosion-resistant chemical pump head and the motor are connected by a coupling, and its high-power model is favored by users who pursue large flow.
Corrosion-resistant chemical pumps are classified according to their working principles:
1. Positive displacement pump
The movement of the working parts causes the working volume to increase and decrease periodically to absorb and discharge liquid, and the pressure of the liquid can be directly increased by the extrusion of the working parts.
According to the different movement modes of the moving parts, it is divided into two categories: reciprocating pumps and rotary pumps.
According to the different structures of the moving parts, it is divided into: piston pumps, plunger pumps, gear pumps, screw pumps, vane pumps and water ring pumps.
2. Impeller pump
The impeller pump relies on the impeller to drive the liquid to rotate at high speed and transfer mechanical energy to the transported liquid.
According to the different characteristics of the pump's impeller and flow channel structure, it can be divided into: (1) centrifugal pump; (2) axial flow pump; (3) mixed flow pump; (4) vortex pump
3. Jet pump
The jet pump uses the high-speed jet generated by the working fluid to eject the fluid, and then increases the energy of the ejected fluid through momentum exchange.
According to the prime mover that drives the pump: (1) electric pump; (2) turbine pump; (3) diesel engine pump
Material of corrosion-resistant chemical pump:
Generally, corrosion-resistant materials such as glass fiber, PVC, fluoroplastics, and stainless steel are used, which are suitable for extracting corrosive liquids from bottles, barrels, cylinders, pools or other containers.
Working principle of corrosion-resistant chemical pump:
Before the corrosion-resistant chemical pump works, the pump body and feed pipe must be filled with liquid to form a vacuum state. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blades cause the liquid to rotate at high speed. The liquid flies out of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the water in the pump is thrown out, a vacuum area is formed in the center of the impeller. Liquid materials are pressed into the feed pipe through the pipe network under the action of atmospheric pressure. This cycle can achieve continuous delivery.
Features of corrosion-resistant chemical pumps:
Corrosion-resistant chemical pumps have the advantages of stable and reliable performance, good sealing performance, beautiful appearance, and easy use and maintenance.
